1. Appointment Cancellations We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

2. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, you may be charged the full amount of the service.

3. Refunds for Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products including downloadable content, ebooks, and program materials, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.

4. Monthly Subscription Cancellations Subscriptions to the Player's Guide AI may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid period following cancellation.

5. Refunds for Services Refunds for services are granted on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
