At Conscious Health Solutions, LLC, we value your time and commitment. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for appointment cancellations and refunds for our services and digital products.
1. **Appointment Cancellations**
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
2. **No-Show Policy**
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, you may be charged the full amount of the service.
3. **Refunds for Digital Products**
Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable content, courses, or eBooks), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
4. **Refunds for Services**
Refunds for services are granted on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
