All content provided through our services including but not limited to ebooks, program materials, AI agent interactions, and framework documentation may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, repackaged, or used without express written consent.
Access to any Conscious Health Solutions product or tool is licensed for personal use only. The following are strictly prohibited without written permission:
Reproducing or extracting framework content for professional, clinical, or commercial use. Using framework content to inform, develop, or supplement clinical practice, therapy, coaching programs, or professional training of any kind. Repackaging or reselling framework content in any form. Systematically extracting complete framework architecture through AI tool interaction for any purpose other than personal use.
Violation of these terms constitutes breach of contract and intellectual property infringement and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

7. AI Tool Terms Access to the Player's Guide AI is granted for personal use only under a monthly subscription. The Player's Guide is trained on proprietary framework content and is not a substitute for clinical treatment or professional psychological services. Interaction with the Player's Guide does not constitute a clinical, therapeutic, or coaching relationship.
8. Health Disclaimer Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider regarding medical conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability Conscious Health Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
